Cookoffs

"Cookoff" takes place six times a year when volunteers gather to prepare 200 to 250 frozen dinners for distribution by Episcopal Community Services to frail or ill homebound persons. Cookoff experts have also trained volunteers at two other Center City organizations to begin their own programs. Episcopal Community Services reports that the meals are being distributed within a week of being picked up.

The need for the meals is great and so is the need for volunteers. Please check the Trinity Center Newsletter Calendar for the next cookoff date and lend a hand.
